The City of Elkins is seeking a Human Resources Director to join our team. In this vital role, you will ensure that employees feel valued, supported, and heard as they work hard to serve the community of Elkins, West Virginia.

As the city's new HR Director, you will collaborate closely with the city's five-person Administrative Team, which oversees approximately 85 employees in seven citywide departments, as you guide the implementation and strengthening of modern Human Resources systems, standards, and processes. Your portfolio of duties will include directing benefits administration, policy enforcement, and training initiatives.
